Tenant FAQ

  • When can I schedule a showing?

    We use Rently to self- show our homes any day between 8am and 8pm. Please contact us for our showing link.

  • Who needs to fill out an application?

    Everyone in the home over the age of 18 needs to apply.

  • What are the qualifications for approval?

    We perform a credit and criminal background check. We also require 3 times the monthly gross income to qualify.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes, we require a 1-month security deposit on all homes.

  • How long is the lease term?

    As of right now, we only do 12-month lease terms. We could consider a shorter lease terms on a case-by-case basis.

  • How can I pay my rent?

    We have an online portal where you can communicate with our team, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests.

  • What is your pet policy?

    We allow a maximum of 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions apply based on home insurance requirements at that specific location.

  • What are your move in fees?

    Our application fee is $50 for each applicant. If pets are applicable, we have a $250 up front pet fee per pet and a $25 monthly pet rent.

  • Are utilities included?

    Most of the time, no. There are select instances where utilities may be included based on the city’s regulations where the home is located.

  • How do you handle maintenance requests?

    Maintenance requests are submitted through our online portal and are monitored throughout the day, 7 days a week.
